Upper Wimpole Street

The Upper Wimpole Street project, guided by Kiran Curtis Associates, unfolds through a comprehensive review of the Architect’s outline drawings and Surveyor’s report. This strategic initiative encompasses the inspection of the existing building, with a planned and organised site investigation delegated to external experts. The focus extends to the feasibility and scheme design phases, including a new mansard roof, an extension to the basement and ground floor at the rear, and proposed internal alterations.

Situated within a terrace with a maximum height of five storeys, the existing building boasts masonry perimeter walls, timber floors, and a timber roof. Kiran Curtis Associates’ expertise is evident in the meticulous planning and design considerations, reflecting their commitment to innovative solutions and thoughtful architectural interventions.
