Prince Regents Lane

A new four storey stand alone property has been designed to provide sheltered housing. A simple part portal, part braced steel frame structure has been designed to support concrete floors, a cantilevered walkway and to form transfer structure where flat layouts are staggered between floors. The steel frame had been designed to avoid column projections and downstand beam elements such that finishes can be applied without obstruction.
